Eric F. Trillas

PE, SI, LEED Green Associate

Eric F. Trillas is a Multi-State Board-Certified Professional Engineer that has been providing engineering consulting and inspection services for over 10 years.

As founder and president of Trillas Consulting Engineers, LLC, Eric has worked with clients throughout the United States and overseas. From Miami to Qatar, Eric has designed and performed forensic investigations on hundreds of projects and worked alongside some of the most prestigious teams on some of the most notable projects. In addition, he has worked with an array of product manufacturers and continues to expand his design capacity and knowledge by developing new materials and products and integrating them into his designs.

Eric’s profound design background of low to high rise projects, extensive knowledge of structural building component design, hands-on experience in the research and development of building products, detailed forensic studies of buildings of all sizes and complexities, and field experience in performing and managing threshold inspections and materials testing, enable him to provide unparalleled value and knowledge to the design of projects and building forensic investigations to his clients.

Janessi Trillas

Vice President and Co-Founder

Janessi Trillas is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Trillas Consulting Engineers, LLC, a full-service engineering firm providing Structural, MEP, Forensics and Product R+D Services for projects of all sizes and complexities for a wide range of industries. With a background in Marketing and Public Relations, Janessi is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts. She is committed to building client and vendor relationships and creating a positive experience in the firm’s office. Janessi maintains office staff through the recruitment, selection and training of employees and achieves financial objectives by managing the company’s accounts payables and receivables.

Janessi has over 10 years of experience in Public Relations. She holds an associate degree in Journalism and Fashion Merchandising as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Her ability to manage and pro-actively communicate with team members and clients contributes to the success of each project with which she is involved.
