Job Requirements:
Knowledgeable in Revit (3 years preferred)
Able to set up projects in Revit (linking Architectural models, setting up plans, levels, sheets)
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
Project experience and working knowledge of steel, concrete, and wood design is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret and produce drawings from sketches, notes, and verbal instructions
Understand and assist in the organization and production of plans, sections, elevations, and details
Work with project teams to meet deliverables and deadlines
Help improve communication and understanding through clear documentation
Maintain drafting standards
Assist in the development and maintenance of standard Revit details
Qualifications
Revit: 3 years (Preferred), Intermediate level of Revit Software skills
Structural BIM/CAD: 1+ year of experience
Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus
Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus
AA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology or Equivalent
Able to work in a group setting and contribute to group discussions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously
Good verbal and written communication by being an active listener
Adept at problem-solving
General office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The Forensic Building Inspector’s primary responsibility will be to perform property damage assessments for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to lead and perform work with minimal supervision after completion of the initial training period
- Strives at working independently and is well-disciplined at completing work in a timely manner
- Is courteous and respectful to the needs of others under all circumstances and maintains a flexible approach and demeanor
- Can effectively communicate with project stakeholders (internal and external clients, contractors, clients of our clients)
- Is committed to producing quality deliverables and completes assignments in a timely manner

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with 3+ years of full-time engineering experience
A valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to remote locations to perform site studies
Able and willing to work overtime depending on project needs
Able and willing to perform physical tasks as necessary to complete site studies. Physical tasks may include, but are not be limited to, walking on building roofs, climbing stairs and ladders, crawling through confined spaces (primarily attics and crawlspaces)
Must follow safe work practices without any reservation and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
